Morning Prayer and Holy Communion

It’s our tradition on the fifth Sunday of the month at the 10:30 a.m. service — the service in which the choir leads our singing — to begin with Morning Prayer followed by Holy Communion. The Prayer Book allows for substituting Morning Prayer for the Liturgy of the Word followed by Holy Communion. So, for this Sunday, September 29, we will begin the 10:30 a.m. service with sung Morning Prayer.
